Just a few minutes into this project, I remembered why I don't do their pictures often. They don't listen to me! Threats like "Bart, if you don't smile, you'll get locked into your room until you grow facial hair!" don't really faze him. And Lisa does this thing where she looks anywhere but the camera. Plus, no one can give you fits of the giggles quite like a sibling, especially when you're trying to be serious.
However, in spite of an entire reel of these:
...you do finally get one of these.
Thank heavens for digital photography. Also, click on the collage to view it large - some of our outtakes are real winners.

You got some great shots. Where did you take them at, I love the background.
I actually love some of the out take ones, like the one of "Lisa" staring off with her hands draped over the fence and the one where she is looking at "Bart" eating the straw. Priceless and very candid.
I also love "Lisa's" hair. I don't think I have ever seen it done like that.
I took Mathias up a couple of weeks ago to try and get some fall pictures (will be posted on the blog soon) and I think I only got like 2 good ones out of oh about 200. I have no idea how you do it with two because I can not manage it with one. Mathias absolutely *REFUSES* to look at the camera much less sit still.
I love those outtakes! My fave is the one with them looking at each other.
My mother keeps asking me for a picture of my crew. I keep saying, "Yeah, sure! Because it's so easy to get them all in one place, sitting, looking at the camera and smiling."
Maybe I should see if you can work magic. :)
I was pretty much going to say everything The Browers said. I love Lisa's hair, it is beautiful, it has some great natural highlights. And I love her sweater. I love almost all of the outtake pictures. They are adorable.
Oh I think they turned out great! Even the outtakes! I love that expression of Bart's on the bottom right, he cracks me up!
